Getting here

The site address is Westpoint, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, EX5 1DJ.

Arrival & Departure

You can arrive on site from 10am to 9pm on Thursday 23 August. The Event closes on Monday 27 August and you are welcome to stay camping until noon. Non Campers leave by 10.30 pm each night.

Day visitors

Day visitors are welcome from 9am and can stay until 10.30pm. A half-day ticket gives entry to the site and The Square all day and to the relevant morning and evening meeting.

Camping

Church Site Co-ordinators will have details of Church sites and allocated pitches - please let them know if you need help or information. Gas and camping supplies are available locally. Dogs and pets are not allowed on site (except for guide dogs).

Medical & First Aid

Our First Aid and Medical Team are on-call 24 hours a day. Should further medical attention be required there is a 24 hour Emergency Department at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital nearby as well as a Walk-in-Centre during the day.

Accessibility

Please tell your Church Site Co-ordinator or contact suzi@togetheratwestpoint.org.uk if you need help to fully enjoy the Event. Accessible toilet facilities and a hearing loop are available and delegates with blue badges can park next to the Arena.

Shops & Food

A 24 hour Tesco Extra is about 10 minutes drive and local shops are nearby. Snacks and drinks are available in The Square.

Electric hook-ups

Aren't generally available but we'll do our best to provide one for each Church at cost and subject to availability - for details please contact suzi@togetheratwestpoint.org.uk

Toilets & Showers

Toilets and showers are available in the Arena building and the camping zones.

Fires & Barbeques

Sorry, no open fires of any kind - we hope you enjoy barbequing but please take care of the grass.

Cars & Parking

Campers' vehicles should be removed to the main car park as soon as they are unloaded, and by 10pm Thursday at the latest. Only pre-booked motor homes, delegates with blue badges and service vehicles may park on site. There is a special car park for Day Visitors.
